Being fit is a sign of healthiness which is what most people look for in a partner. If you eat carefully and work out often you’ll have clearer skin, a more toned physique and will be overall much more attractive.
If you are fit and look great then you’ll find dating so much easier. You might even meet a possible date or two while you are doing it. After all, single people have more time to work out so you’ll often find them in the gym or running around the park.
Regular exercise will get your blood pumping and releases “feel good chemicals” in to your body. So not only will you look better but you’ll be in a better mood too!
A date that involves exercise is always a great idea. By doing something exciting together, such as going for a walk or a light jog, you will have plenty to talk about. So much better than the usual dinner and drinks.
