We often get asked about what to say during speed dating.  Everyone always seems to ask “Where do you live?” and “Where do you work?” but that can get really boring after a while. We’ve put together ten top questions that you can use whether you are speed dating or just mingling:

1) What are you most proud of in your life?

2) Has anyone ever said you look like anyone famous?

If they can’t think of anyone, you can make it easier by asking who they would cast if they were to make movie about their life.

3) Tell me about your ideal man/woman?

A very sneaky tip is to point to yourself when you ask this question – it makes them connect you to the question.

4) If money wasn’t an issue, where would you go and what would you do?

5) What songs would be on the soundtrack to your life?

6) What would be the title of your autobiography?

7) What makes you smile?

If you could invite three guests to a dinner party – alive or dead – who would they be?

9) Tell me a secret? 

Of a joke if they can’t think of one.

10)  What’s the stupidest question someone else has asked you tonight?
