Terms and Conditions for iPod draw

All those referring a new guest for a Single Solution event between 18 March 2008 and 18th April 2008 inclusive will be entered into a draw for an Apple iPod nano (8GB), or item of equivalent value. No cash alternative.

Each competition week is considered to run from 00:00 hours on Wednesdays to 23:59 on the following Tuesday.

Employees of The Single Solution, their families and agents are not eligible to take part in the draw.  The draw will take place once a week, on the Wednesday and the winner will be emailed with confirmation of his or her win soon after. The winner must agree to the publication of his or her name on singlesolution.com as part of the publicity for the promotion. The Single Solution reserves the right to use or not use the winner's name in this way. The Single Solution will not provide any information submitted by the winner to any third party.

The Single Solution's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Single Solution reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without prior notice. Unclaimed prizes will be carried forward to the next weeks competition. If there are less than 20 entries in a given week, the competition will automatically roll into the following week until the minimum number of entries has been received.  By entering this competition members confirm they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
